Administrators can run reports for any training that employees may be registered for or have completed. We have many different types of reports available. They are listed below:
- Attendance Reports and Registrations
- Business Report
- Expiration Report
- Receipts Report
- Statistical Report
Step 1: On the home page, click Login to PowerSafe
Step 2: Select the Log in button below Access the Database.
Step 3: Enter your company business account username and password and select Log in. If you do not have a login, please refer to the Creating a Login tutorial.
Step 4: You are now on the home screen for the database. Find Reports in the top navigation and select Run Reports from the drop down menu.
Step 5: Click on the report that best fits what you are looking for.
Step 6: Select any qualifiers in the filter to help you narrow down your search. Each type of report has different filter options that correspond to that specific type of report.
Step 7: Click Generate Report. Your report will load, this may take a few seconds. You can export the report to excel or email the report.
